    • A brief (1 – 2 pages double spaced) autobiographical statement that explores how you became technologically literate.
    • Bring both a paper and electronic copy with you to class on Thursday for an in-class exercise.

Today in class you’ll have the first 45 minutes to work in your groups on Project Two. When you are done, you should upload your image files to the Project_Two folder on the course server and print out your project report and group evaluations. During the last 30 minutes of the class each group will have 10 minutes to present your design to the rest of the class.

Also note: I changed the schedule for Week 8. Class was already canceled on 10/16 (I will be out of town at a conference), but it was brought to my attention today that Tuesday, 10/14 is part of Fall Break, so there will be no class on that day either. Although we will not be meeting at all that week, you are still responsible for completing the assigned reading.

I’ve received several emails regarding the reading assignment for this week. To clarify, you should be reading Norman, p. 3-62, Williams, Ch. 1 &2, and four sections of the Sustainable Web Design (SWD) website, the link to which can be found to the right, under “Links.” You should also be adding bookmarks to your del.icio.us account when you come across interesting or valuable webistes on design.
